Leeward Capital Corp. is an unlisted Canadian junior mining exploration company incorporated and registered in Alberta, British Columbia and Nunavut with headquarters in Calgary, Alberta.
Leeward Capital Corp.’s strategic objective is to carry out the methodical development of high value mineral projects. The company’s primary focus is on two properties, the Pistol Lake gold property in Nunavut and the development of the Nithi Mountain property in Northern British Columbia. The Pistol Lake property has had a significant amount of previous work that will allow Leeward to develop the property to an advanced stage rapidly. For Nithi, the company specifically is working to identify and develop a 100+ million tonne resource of molybdenum. The property is located 18km from the Endako Molybdenum Mine which has the infrastructure in place to immediately mine a new deposit at Nithi Mountain once it has been fully defined.

Mr.Kingma is the acting CEO of Leeward Capital Corp since 2018. He has been President, Chairman and a Director of Synstream Energy Corp. (TSX-V:SHM) since 2007. He also served as a director and officer of a number of private and public companies from 2004 to 2010. Prior to this, Mr.Kingma was a partner, sales manager and investment advisor with IPO Capital Corp., and was similarly a registered investment advisor with Canadian Western Capital Limited.

James W. Davis, M Sc., P. Geol. Exploration Manager
Jim Davis, M.Sc., P.Geol., F.GAC, is a geologist based in Calgary, educated at St. Louis University (B.Sc., M.Sc.) and graduated in 1969. Jim has a diverse background in exploration including exploration for coal, petroleum, base metals, precious metals, diamonds and uranium. He was employed by Geophoto Services Ltd. and Union Oil Company before joining Taiga Consultants as Vice-President in 1978 and President of Leeward Capital Corp. in 1988. He has been an officer and director of several private and public Canadian junior mining and resource companies. Mr.Davis is a professional geologist in Alberta and British Columbia, a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada. He was the former chairman of the Calgary Mineral Exploration Group and has made a number of technical presentations on diamonds, gold and molybdenum at various conferences.

Donald Gillies has operated a real estate company in San Francisco, CA. since 2005, investing in multi-family residential real estate sales and project development. His work in this field began in 1993. Prior to this he was CEO and corporate director for Skyline Natural Resources, a publicly traded oil and gas exploration, production and drilling company in Calgary.
Terri B. Millinoff, Hons.B.Sc.Geology, Director, Leeward Capital Corp.
Terri Millinoff has 30 years experience in mining exploration and development. She received a geological degree from the University of Windsor in 1982 and practiced as a professional geologist with Taiga Consultants in Canada until 2012. During this time she worked on projects ranging from iron formation hosted gold, porphyry copper-molybdenum projects and exploration for platinum group elements in layered complexes. She was mine manager for the Nithi Mountain Molybdenum project in British Columbia from 2004 to 2011.
